Need the chassis make and year, Fiat and.....

Quite a few links here: forum/topic.php?t=4507

I got mine on ebay and they were marked as seconds, I have never been able to find out why as they are perfect.

Yours is the same as mine, I am pretty sure that all the Fiat Ducato screens are the same from 1996 to 2006, I know one of the Craic members bought 2001 screens from another member and fitted them to a 2005 model. The make of the body don't matter as the same cab is on many motorhomes.

Genuine Silver Screen for us from http://www.silverscreens.co.uk/

But they don't post to the South.

Just a suggestion.....
If shivster buys and gets them delivered to say shanogues, then she could collect them from you at the next craic meet or something similar,

I have the genuine silver screens and I'm happy with them,

Chausson has a different brand and he was happy with them as far as I know?(open to correction pat)
So they may be as good as each other, (but I don't really know)

Hope this suggestion helps

I don't really know either John, I used them the first time in Athlone and there was no condensation what so ever on the windscreen, I also have the internal ones and the windscreen do be saturated. The only gripe I would have with my ones is you cannot roll down the front section but having said that the van doe's not feel as claustrophobic with the external ones

Why not just order them yourself and tell him that's what he bought you for your birthday

Now there's an idea and it would save him the trouble of remembering. Why these wives think that something is better when we buy it I don't understand.

Ahhh the old separate account thing, we only have the one between us so it doesn't matter who buys what as we end up paying for it together.

Why don't you try a wanted advert on Done Deal or Adverts.ie etc.?

I find that you will get a better response if you put your wanted ad in the for sale section but dont use the word wanted as they will transfer it to the wanted section.

Shivster take a look at www.taylormade-screen-covers.co.uk

Sometimes they have second hand ones for sale and they are of a high quality. Telephone number is 01484 661918. They manufacture them and sell direct to the customer.
