Blackrock cork

I have had a look on google maps for a stopover in blackrock cork. We are going to a concert at IMMA and spotted a possible stop over near castle road , near to the start of the marina road x it's not beside anybody's house x so anybody know of that area. thanks x

It certainly looks good. I had a meeting over that way today so I popped in to have a look. The access roads that lead to this area are a little narrow, especially along the Castle road. Your best route in would be on the from the West, along the Blackrock road. The Marina road, which runs along the river bank has 2m height barriers, so that's a no-go for a MH.

I had my camera with me -







Theres a working port across the river and it was a bit noisy this morning with the sound of cranes unloading the ships. I don't know if they work 24/7.

Make sure you go into Blackrock castle and check out the observatory if you are there! :up:

Sorry !! Only checked back today !! Thanks Shivster, Will do on the day after the concert. Has anybody being to The Marque for a concert if so what was your impression of it !!

Marquee is great. As far as parking is concerned I am not sure but someone will give you suggestions.
