Elecsol Batteries gone bust

Looks like the rumour we heard a couple of weeks ago is true.

Elecsol Batteries have went bust so if you need your 5 year guarantee actioned it looks like you are out of luck.

I had my 2x 110amp elecsol batteries replaced under warranty in January 2013.
The original ones were 30 months old and just died one day without warning. I am convinced the replacement pair do not perform any where near as well as the first pair did at the start. I don't see these ones lasting 30 months.

I wonder did they get a good name at the start by getting good quality batteries produced and then move production to china or somewhere to reduce costs. If that was the case it could have just ruined it for themselves.
