Just wondering does anyone know in which taxation class is a motorhome or campervan supposed to be taxed in in N Ireland,is it private light goods,or light goods vehicle.

Or, in my case, PHGV, I swear they just "make it up", no tacho, no speed limiter, no driver"s hours ! How can a motorhome/RV be classed a Heavy Goods Vehicle even if it does have a pefix P for private ? I know, at 8 Ton we"re heavy, although I mustn"t complain, being on LPG means the road tax is only £165 per year.
The reason i was asking which tax class is, mine is taxed LGV,but when i went to tax it the lady said maybe it should have been PLG which is about 75 pounds cheaper ,my van is an 03 Citroen 2.2.
