I have a freind who sold his car in the north and notified everyone here that he no longer owned it and he is getting bills from eflow two years later for it using the M50 and no matter how many times he rings them and send the info through they keep billing him.

........or making sure Carol's telling the truth!!! :D

Ha ha ha. Joke mate!

Now this is true.

If I lived in Dublin and was wondering about the movements of my other half, The M50 receipts would let me know how many times she went to Liffey valley or Blanchards town shopping centres when she actually was supposed to be at home scrubbing the kitchen floors or washing the windows....

(If Carol see's this I'm dead  )

Friend of mine in our band was a manager in Roadstone in feltrim and was relocated to Belgard road when they closed swords down. Let's just say as a hard partying musician he had a fairly easy life in feltrim. :'(

As part of the new move deal he negotiated a easy pass tag for his private car as the new tolls he'd incur were not insignificant weekly.........

Biiiiiiiiig mistake..... The digital imprint his travel times were generating got him "promoted" to full time musician!!! 🇧🇭

Hi John, as long as you can play wagon wheel you'll be ok at a Craic meet :D
Sounds like you are into American country with a name like that, that's my kind of music. New riders of the purple sage etc.

Ha ha! Us gigging musicians have taken a real dislike to Wagon Wheel of late.... 🇧🇭

Yeah - that band was roots-rock-folk kinda American stuff, Seeger sessions kind of mayhem - serious craic but I have played with everyone from Westlife & boy zone to the waterboys, belle X1 and Mary black so..... A musical prostitute really.....

It's not something I'd always do socially, it can become sorta tedious and a lad likes a night off to chat and meet new people! I dunno how many parties I've gone home from over the years and realised..... I hadn't spoken to one person all night! That said, come 2am if I haven't brought a guitar, I'm cracking up! :fgrin:

I look forward to a craic song song soon!
