Armagh Lights Up For Christmas and Georgian Day
Our next Northern branch rally is the ever popular Georgian weekend in Armagh, this is a weekend not to be missed and should definitely get you into the christmas spirit. Armagh City Rugby club is the venue for this rally and is just a short walk to the city centre and next door to the Armagh City Hotel. A full weekend of activities in city centre and live music also on site Saturday night.

Join us for a spectacular celebration and a truly magical experience as the Market House in Armagh City bursts into life with a dramatic Christmas lightshow projected onto the building.
Set to festive music and with a few extra special surprises in store, Armagh Lights Up for Christmas will undoubtedly be a show to remember! To the amazement of onlookers, the show will transform the beautiful Georgian building into a shimmering canvas for images and special effects.

Armagh’s much loved Georgian Day returns for its tenth year to mark the beginning of the Christmas season. See Armagh in all its festive glory, sparkling with lights and bustling with music, as the historic City goes back to its Georgian roots. Finding the perfect Christmas gift will be a delight as more than 70 festive stalls, hosted by traders in Georgian costume, line the narrow streets for a unique experience that cannot be missed. High-quality gifts and seasonal products can be found around every corner with handmade crafts, unique jewelleries, decorations and locally produced foods and drinks.
The special shopping experience will be enhanced with festive music, horse-drawn carriage rides and the smell of mulled wine and mince pies exuding a unique Christmassy atmosphere for all to enjoy.
