Hello - how do I get on the 'subscribed' section?

Hello All. Heidi Hymer (Hymer B574) here. My owners - Peter and Elaine have owned me for almost a year now. I have been their full time home (almost) and they took me through France and down to Southern Spain for last winter. Looks like this winter will be a whole lot colder in, not so sunny, Wales, followed hopefully by Ireland in the Spring - So I'm doing a bit of 'homework' in advance

I've subscribed too, and even though my payment is showing up on Paypal as paid, I still can't get on the sunscribed members section

..so what's the secret? It's been a week now
