I was in Wexford at the weekend and a woman told me there are plans to extend the memorial park down along where the campers park in Kilmore has anyone else heard anything about this ? she also said 2 local people are thinking of opening up a field similar to the one in Ardmore next year up past the wind turbines does any local craicers know anything ?

That has been mentioned on safe nights about somebody opening up a safe parking area based on Ardmore in Waterford. Good news if it happens!

Kilmore Quay as we know it is gone forever!! Just been talking to one of the groundwork contractors work men who is repairing his equipment and he said that they had started work on the footpaths in Kilmore Quay up to the Memorial Park and beyond. Footpaths are going on both sides of the road and will be completed March 2014. So hopefully Wexford Co.Council come up trumps with their plans for the new sites
