Heading over to the NEC in Birmingham to Motorhome and Caravan Show on Thursday and Friday Early start 5am in the morning . Anyone else going over from the Craic maybe see you there. Its a pity we don,t have a Motorhome Craic Jacket/Fleece so we could identify one another . Maybe that could be something to think about for the future. What do you think Ally.?

Just a few wee gadgets FC nothing like that Motorhome your friend bought. Can't say too much in case the wife happens to read this. I saw it and it looks nice. I'm afraid my. Adria Vision will have to do me now that I'm kinda retired.

It's the options that put the price up. Was having a bite to eat and tables were at a premium so a guy came and shared it with me. We got talking and he bought a new hymer at £73,000 but the option list came to another £20,000 he told me. I suppose that's how the dealers make their money.

Hi Folks just home from the NEC . Had a great time but only people I met were Jack and Dorts. Sorry I had to remove the solar panel Ally and Mad Max as it was not charging my batteries fast enough through the roof of the NEC. Had to restrain myself somewhat from buying what I wanted as I was travelling by aeroplane 🇧🇭 but I managed to get a pair of new Crocs squeezed into my backpack as I had a blowout on one of my old ones. Next year it will definitely be Motorhome to NEC. and hopefully we will all be wearing Motorhome Craic Jackets so we know one another. :D

Dorts, thanks so much for the tea & coffee & the good craic!
We have the legs walked off wee Ella at the NEC today! But well worth it - what a show!!
Have ordered a safari room for our MH ... we know there are mixed reviews about them but Bryan is confident it will enhance our living quarters!! We'll keep you posted!
Also impressed with cool my camper so will def. be looking into that option as well.
Dorts, we might sort coming to letterkenny first weekend in November, we'll be in touch & we'll get the ball rolling ASAP for the pet passport! Hope your Molly mends up for you.
Jill, Bryan & Ella x

Yea Hunters a safari room is a great job and will enhance your living quarters . We only use ours when our son with wife and two children come to visit us when on holiday in England. Really useful for keeping items like buggies, suitcases, dogs bed etc in that would normally clutter up the inside of the Motorhome. A good buy you will find.

Willie it was my halo that did the trick. You should have key the solar panel on and you never know what might have happened. My youthful looks helped of course.

I'm sat here in Birmingham airport waiting on my flight,

Legs are sore and tired,

Hope the return flight don't weigh or measure the bag :bandit: :bandit:

I think my next visit will be in hotel Adria also as way too much stuff liked but could not buy as it couldn't be brought home,

Spotted a cracking BBQ but again it couldn't be brought flying,

I didn't spot the crocs at £20/5 the only crocs I seen were £39 so didn't bother with them(lucky I didn't as I cannot fit them in the bag)

Mad Max you obviously didn't get to see the whole show if you didn't see the Crocs at £25 quid. It was my charm that overcame the lady and she gave them to me for £20. Maybe she took pity on me and decided to bless me. I know the feeling about being weary. I was exhausted on Thursday and made my mind up I will be taking Hotel Adria Vision with me the next time. What model of Adria do you have?

Yeah I've got the Lotus Grill and its a gem. I've also got a Cob Grill but I cant make up my mind which is the best. Probably the Cobb is best for cooking a full chicken, roast etc and the Lotus for BBQn. Both are excellent bits of kits and I wouldn't go away without them.

Willie, I was talking to them but don't have the business bent that you have. Well done and they had some great products. I would buy one of their poles. I was focussed on how I could get it home on the aircraft. Next February it must be the motorhome and stay for a few days although the February one is not as good as the October one from my experience.

Yes Jack they have some great products and as you say i must have said 100 times to the wife "what did I come here without the Motorhome for" Next year if im still about it will definitely be the Motorhome way no doubt .There is no point buying anything to loose it at the airport . I do think anyone who goes to that particular show at NEC does need 2 days to see it all as there is so much to see. Maybe we can arrange an area for MotorhomeCraic parking lol.
