My Dometic oven door has come adrift at the hinge on one side. Is the door detachable and if so does anyone know how to refit it.

Thanks Ken
Phoned a well established motorhome outlet who told me it would take 5 hours to replace a hinge if it was required!! Told me that the oven has to be removed.
Went to Simon at LTS and in 5 minutes he had the door off and diagnosed a broken hinge which he has ordered and I reckon 10 minutes will fit it.
My first time with Simon and so another 'well done' to him.

Good news.

I am glad to hear someone else is happy with Simon.
We have been going to him some finding his number in our current Motorhome.

He does a good job at an honest price.

Do you want to name and shame the well established outlet?
Might be a help to others on here,

No problems naming and shaming. We all need to do that. I have just got word from Simon (as promised) that the hinge is in. Will head that direction for a w/e shortly and have him fit it. When the job is sorted I will most certainly elaborate further.

Golaman I'm a Donegal man born and bred but have had to move around because of my calling. I am now living in Killyleagh Co Down but would be back in Donegal but it's too far from marks & Spencers for the wife. Lol simon is a great guy and does a good job. He looks after my van.
