Lisdoonvarna Parking Restrictions

Just back from Lisdoonvarna and this year Clare Co.Council have erected no overnight parking signs for campers and Motorhomes on the side road by the Ritz hotel. Probably up to 20 Motorhomes used to park on this road for as long as I am going to Lisdoon, which is longer than I care to remember. It wasn't a problem this week as the numbers of Motorhomes was way back from other years.

That's a shame, I always fancied going along to this but that would put me off somewhat.

What are these councils thinking about? Obviously they are not concerned about the state of the economy.

If you could go Friday night you would find parking easier! We try to park in front of the schools and avoid parking in front of houses.
