I wonder which way would a satnav direct you to the Cobh MH parking area? Google maps choses to follow the route along the river AFTER crossing the bridge you refer to. But when you look at the map here, there's an alternative road going straight across the island... A satnav
could potentially take you along this road.
I would recommend the route marked on the MAP. The alternative route may be a little shorter, but could potentially take you right through the narrow streets of Cobh...
