Is it just me or are most of the Motorhome dealers very low in stock? doesn't seem to be much about. Is no-one trading in their Motorhomes?

Most of the dealers want to tie up money in stock that may take a while to sell, a number of them are selling as a broker so they don't pay anything for them and get a commission on the sale. You also have the fact that people are hanging onto what they have for longer as well as the local dealers offering poor trade in values. You can usually get a higher value from the dealers in England but even they are low on fresh quality stock.

I have thought about changing, but dealers have offered a piss off price for my van and not willing to budge on the price of what I was looking at except for vans with a lower spec and far inferior build to what I have so I'm sticking with what I have, after all there is nothing wrong with it.

I put mine up for sale a while ago and then changed my mind for above reasons. Still hankering over an A-Class though :)

As you know I looked at an a class but didn't buy it because it didn't offer anything more than what I have.

I want one for the extra room up front which you don't get with a coachbuilt.

The hymer I looked at didn't even give that, up front had less seating space than mine but the tv position really made me say no to it as I have found nothing coming close to the roof mount on mine, it's just so flexible.

Should be extra room up there after all the cab? is a lot wider. My Pilote A-Class had loads of room in the front.

That extra bit of room allows me to play the guitar up front without feeling like someone has squeezed me into a sardine can

Ally I sense you regret selling your Pilote? I had one years ago a Galaxy 24S and it was a good Motorhome.
