I bought two electric bikes for use when away in the motor home.
My wife has difficulty walking any distance and these bikes enabled us to cycle to various towns or attractions when the motor home was parked up.
A few days ago mine stopped working and I got an immediate reply as to what they thought the problem was but they would email the manufacturer on my behalf. I received a very quick reply to say it was the controller which had failed and a new one was in the post along with instructions although i was to contact them on its arrival to get any help needed.
They were true to their word and i am now mobile again!

When we buy items from across the water or online we take a great gamble on after sales service etc and i am pleased to recommend this company for their prices, information and after sales service.
