Just back from a great two weeks away. First stop a beautiful Craic POI in Mullagh, then Body & Soul Music festival in Westmeath.

Onto Kildare to meet up with craic friends, thanks for the hospitality Dave & Naomi, then on to Athlone and an overnight stay at Lough Ree East Campsite (with some work involved) :) - love that place.

Went very west next and stopped at another Craic POI White Strand beach near Kiladoon where we also met up with Martin & Susie, didn't get to have a stopover at Galway (sorry ken), then to Westport and parked on the quay (another craic spot) - then over to Carrick on Shannon and another craic POI spot at Drumsna, a beautiful waterways Ireland stopover.

Loads of other stuff in between like the Guinness Storehouse and Gledalough and much more.

Fantastic time with great people. Craic POI's are superb for travelling about!

Sounds like you had a great time you can't beat Ireland especially with a bit of sunshine . We have toured Ireland many times with the caravan but not the wagon so thinking about it for next year .

Next year we are thinking, head straight to Kinsale then work our way up the west coast.
