Long story but I'll keep it short...
Left a working phone into o2 which was hopeless at picking up WiFi, got it back NON working with a note saying water damaged. Complained to no avail, got a local shop to fix the "unecononmical to repair phone" for £50, got the £50 back of o2. But parts were missing and was advised it would probably go faulty again which it did. Been using a very old Nokia.
Been down all avenues but then went here: http://www.ceoemail.com/
Within 5 days it was sorted, a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 is on it's way to me
So well done the CEO, or at least his assistant

Great result but apple would have replaced it weeks ago if it had broke in the first place.
