Don't you just love Motorhome dealers who don't ring you back despite promising too :wallbash:

Same dealer - last year I enquired about a van - never got back to me, last week enquired about another van they have, still waiting on the phone call :wallbash:

(They are NOT on Motorhomecraic.)

Not surprising, I have heard that they have a poor customer service, one of the directors here enquired about prices for a new van and over a year later he has still to be told how much. There are other dealers who are willing to sell and deceive, but I wont put what I know on here as I cant afford a law suit, so stick with who you can trust. Oh and again they are not on the craic site!

Yeah eirebus I've heard the same and they can't be bothered. Would be interesting to see if they read this here as it would indicate that they are interested and on top of things. Have called a few times and have not been impressed and certainly would not buy from them.

I would have thought that even if they were running down the Motorhome side of their business it would be good business and manners to return a phone call. however no doubt that will have a knock on effect on the machinery business as well. No loyalty with some of these firms at all .

Just an update on Cyril Johnstons. They have a separate company now on site looking after Motorhome sales. The company is MOTORHOMEDEPOT.COM which is a brokerage service. The gentleman who runs the franchise, for Ireland North and South, is Neil Hall.
