My solar panel control box has a green and red light. The red light indicates faults . On my control box the red light is flashing when I remove the fuse and refit it the red light goes of and the green light comes on indicating no fault this lasts approx 24 hours then the red light comes back on. Anyone that has any experience or knowledge on this problem would be of great help to me . Drifter.

Hi Drifter460. Check the connections and the cabling from solar panel to regulator. If everything looks ok it may be a faulty regulator.. What state are your leisure battery,s charge wise.? Its a pity you didn,t mention it sooner as I just left your neck of the woods early this morning after the band contest yesterday and I could have taken a look at it.

The MPPT regs are £78 and the PWM depending on charging range from £40 to £64 . Cheers Willie.
