Sorry if it's been posted before, if not have a root around, it's great resource. It's in Dutch but viewing with Chrome etc is easy.
If you click on a camper icon on the map it will bring you to a details page including streetview. On the bar on the top you have the option of downloading the complete POI listing and coordinates.
