Hi Lads< Could anyone tell me if I have a solar panel good enough for putting on my camper.Its a solarex and as far as I can make out it gives 1.7 Amps, 30 watts and 21 volts.I would need it to charge both leisure and starting batteries. Would be gratefull for any help. Thanks ,Cool. :up:

Does not sound as it will be any good for what you want it to charge. If you need to charge a leisure battery/starter battery , will need at least 100 watt panel with a decent dual regulator to do that . Solar panels vary with their output according to the weather, overhead conditions etc. :up:

Thanks michilinman, this panel could run a pump for filling my onboard tank on a caravan I had a while ago.Would it be strong enough to charge one of the batteries ? :-|

No it will not charge both batteries as the wattage is a bit on the low side but will keep pumps etc running. :up:
