"250 business cards free"

has anyone managed this? I am trying to get some cards done...

"Your business was visited by a Motorhomer today.......... Blah Blah"

But despite being free they always come out at over £13 !

Angela had some done by Vista print and also my step daughter got some done. To get them free I think you have to use the most basic style.

Maybe you have to buy 500 and get the first 250 free (i.e. pay half price?)...I don't really know as you can print fairly good quality ones yourself with free software and a good printer.

As an ex commercial printer employing 10 people may I say that it is companies like this that put local firms out of business.

Ok I managed to get them for free + postage

I will be handing these out to people at meets to give to business's that they spend money in. I will keep the wording private for now, at least until I have received them.

Agreed :)

But if you advertise it's for free then it should be free :)

If Ally wants a design done for cards I will do it if Brian can print them.

Agree over supporting local printers.

Vista isnt as cheap as it looks, they place their ad on the back of each card, and you to put up with one of "their" designs, you want your own and they charge you extra.
