This has been parked in the Marina car park in Greystones for at least a month. Completely illegal to be on the road or in a public place. It had to be driven here, unless beam me down Scottie, really exists.

Is that public or private property, public tell the council, private ask the Marina owners

The council own the whole thing, but the book has been passed 5 times in a circle starting and ending witd the Gards.
The odd thing also is there are no tickets on it, so the parking company have questions to answere also.
