Considering heading away for Christmas this year for first time and not prepared to chase weather here or there,if I get something for a week I’ll stay, does anyone know from experience between stiges and cambrills any nice site’s close to beach with decent size pitches

I had a quick look on search for sites and alot of campsites are closed in that area for christmas unfortunately...on the app Tres estrellas appears to be open all yr and camping estrella de mar also,I've never been though,tres estrellas is close to a beach and close to Barcelona if visting the city....I'd say the weather would be cold in north spain at that time of yr...all going well I'll be in spain also but I'll be heading south to worship the sungods

Hi, I would recommend Villanova Park: https://www.vilanovapark.com/failte/

It is not near the beach but is a well appointed, 365 day, site with good rates for those 55+.

It's town is one train stop South of Sitges.

There is a bus service to town, rail station and the beach every 30mins. It has an indoor pool, shop, bar and restaurant and a small long term English speaking community who, I believe, celebrate Christmas together.
