Diesel leak

Getting a diesel leak (only when engine is running) from this part on the injector pump:

 


Anyone know what it is, can it be fixed/replaced?

It’s a take it express with Citroen c25 engine.

I think that part is to do with the turbo.
I’ve gone a bought a complete pump from a breaker in Wicklow.

Hopefully can take just that part off, sounds like replacing the whole pump is not for the light hearted, I’ll give it to my mechanic and pray 😁
