Help - Dometic Fridge issue

We have a Dometic Fridge Freezer that has just stopped working, not working on 12v, 230v or gas. It seems that there is no power getting to the panel but a 12v is registering at the back of the fridge (possible fuse gone in front pane?) We have checked all other fuses. Can anyone recommend someone who might be able to service / repair it? We are in Louth but willing to travel.

All help appreciated :-)

What age is your van /fridge, leisure Tec are now unwilling to look at stuff over 10 years old. So Manooth may be your only option.
You could also call Cosy Campers and ask if they have someone they could recommend.

Can't recommend as most know i'm UK based, but i have had the same problem with an RMS8501, my van is now a 2019 Autotrail Imala and i had the same problem, it was ok before xmas and then my first trip out this year in march the fridge was dead, It turns out both circuit boards had blown , there's one at the front and one at the back of the fridge.(don't know why but they had been changed before ) .I got a local caravan and motorhome place near me to sort it and it cost me a hefty £665 . the panels inc vat were almost £200 each. As i have a 3 year warranty with Brownhills at Newark who i bought the van off in November i thought it would be ok until i put a claim in and guess what the boards which are the most expensive part of the fridge were not covered. This is van number 7 in 20 years and i wish i hadn't changed from the Tribute .(which incidentally was the same van as this but 5 years older and the cheaper version). Also had problems with the grill on the stove but that's a different story.
