Anyone got any suggestions for a one or two night stopover with easy access to the Cathedral and old town centre ? Aires preferred but would also consider campsites. Thanks.

Sorry I can’t help, the last time I was there I was on a Goldwing and parked in the courtyard at the rear of our accommodation with a spring well inThe middle to chill our beers.
Lovely place👍

Thanks for the info guys. I'm leaving Rosslare in the morning for Santander and hope to be in Santiago towards the end of the month so plenty of time to check them out. Weather in Spain not looking good for the rest of this week, hopefully it's Winter's last gasp. Thanks again.

In fact, Fisterra (Cabo Finisterre) is only the westernmost tip of Spain.
The continental one is Cabo da Roca in Portugal.

Max

p.s. We have been (twice) to North Cape, Cabo da Roca, Tarifa and also once to "South Cape", the extreme tip of the Peloponnese.
