Hey all,
Happy to say that while I expected a ton of work needed on vintage camper I imported last year it turns out it has been fantastic so far. No damp, runs perfecty, passed CVRT with no issues, everything works. I kept expecting a nasty surprise to pop up but it seems there aren't any.
I've been looking at the toilet area. Apart from the cracked lid, Thetford casette toilet works just fine. The shower tray is cracked though and I'm thinking what to do with it, if anything. Fact is that I don't expect we'd be using a shower as we don't travel to remote areas for long stays, but on the other hand having a functioning drain is not a bad thing to have.
My worry is how difficult is it to find a suitable replacement tray? I have worked on sailboat interiors so DIY is not a problem, but I'd like to hear from someone who's been there before.
Cheers!
