Germany imposes border checks

This all over the news this week, all land crossing border posts will have passport checks for at less 6 months leading to possible long queues, wondering what if other countries start similar measures to protect they’re borders , so much for limitless freedom of movement across the shengin zone

Yeah I see what you’re saying and agree to a point but that’s the thing, the other week we were leaving Croatia heading into Slovenia and had delays ,because of an attack of some sort and had to que for an hour maybe eu to eu , it then I realised these border checkpoints can just spring up anytime causing long delays, I understood a couple of days before coming through Serbia being non eu,
