Can anyone explain to me please how to resize a picture I have so that I may use it as a profile picture?

If you cannot do that let me know.

If it isn't too large a file size you can pm it to me.
If it is too large for pm let me know and i will send you my email address.

I will resize it for you and send it back..

Oh it is...it's just a pity it's the wrong colour.... I was looking for one holding a pint of guinness and then the picture would have been true to form....

Guys...it's time for the party to begin.....

As you can see I have my new avatar up and running...many thanks to all who helped in walking me through the excerise. I could do with a pint now...I feel exhausted...!!!

joe,

it's starting to tell on me....lol The beard and the belly are becoming a bit of a pain now so might have to do something about them and get back into my usual physical shape....maybe try excerising...then again maybe not...!!!!
