A complete waste of time, I have sent them several, such mails to no effect. Why do they care, they have already ripped you off for the ferry cost. A bit more profit makes no difference.
I forgot to mention, the bar isn't open until the ship sails. The winner is the Centra store Rosslare, the amount of people getting their dinner, and filling cool box's, do the Ferries care NO they just up their prices.
The only thing I have spent on a ferry in the last 10 years is time.
