Vodafone tracker

Over the past few days I’ve been getting this message come up. “ GSM jamming has been detected on vehicle reg …….” In the app the location is correct and as I am in the van I know it is ok. Has anyone experienced this ? I will phone the help centre again tomorrow - no answer today.

After another 15 mins of “all our agents are busy….” I’ve emailed them but no response as yet. Can’t do the old power off/on control alt delete as I don’t know where it’s installed. Web searches lead me to believe it’s a wiring issue rather than someone following me for the last 1500km trying to steal the van!
