The sort of service we all want but very rarely get.

We broke down Last Saturday 11 th May, on the R448 outside Gowran , we were lifted off the road by James Travers Towing service ( booked by AXA ) and were dropped off in Kilkenny in a safe place just over Two Hours later. they delivered the van to Ashford co wicklow on the Tuesday after lunch as arranged.

when it arrived, at the Garage , Robbie, looked at it and ordered the parts, he phoned me at 16.30 on Wednesday to come and collect it.

My van is 7mtr and quite heigh at the back, but there was no problem, I drove it up onto the bed, it over hung quite a bit, but he phone to check the details, where and what exactly it was, once I gave him the distance from the front to the wheel centre and then the wheebase, he was fine with it, the weight and overhang didn't bother him he was on the road and wouldn't have to back and get the bigger truck,
It was delivered up on the bigger truck with about an eight meter bed, he let it roll off on the winch.
