I did update the profile....

BUT

allow me to introduce myself

Forgive the user name - as a man in his late fifties, Bowie mattered - and I have used the soubriquet of Aladinsane in one form or another for decades..... back in the day when having a painting on the back of your bike leathers - there was Alad....

I switched from using a caravan to a Moho last year - literally in a week or two....

I had changed jobs and my nice big Skoda that had a tow bar was changed for a ickle electric car - that cannot tow anything.. so the towable gin palace was sold....
As I had tickets for Latitude - festival over here - I bought an old Cheyenne 585 that did us proud.
But that had a bed over the driving cab - and climbing a ladder, after a heavy days imbibing - was not for the faint hearted
(Nor was going for a pee at 0330....)

so I sold that on having used it to tour Yorkshire and Northumberland with the two sulks - my teen age sons and then lucked on to a 2002 Laika Kreos, with 22000 miles on it from new - and full service history and was being kept garaged....

since November 2023 we have used Ziggy a fair bit - our exploits are in the blog - https://ziggylaika.blogspot.co…-3010.html

I looked and joined this forum, as being bored at work, I was researching why my fridge wasn't working and there was an answer in this group that I needed to dig further into
(Some Italian chap called Paolo.....)

Oh and next year, hopefully SWMBO and myself would like to do a trip to Eire :)
