One of my regulars has a burstner quest (I think its a quest) any way its a 2008 registered Ducato cab and his dash is faulty, fuel gauge registers empty, rev counter not working and temp gauge stuck in the middle. He has had the electrics looked at, not sure by who and it’s not a fuse. He thinks the dash is faulty he did get a second hand one but it is not the right one.

Q1 any ideas as to what is wrong and how to fix?

Q2 anyone know of a second hand dash/speedo/rev counter/ other gauges?

Q3 he is based near limerick anyone other than Anchorpoint or Cara he could go to?

you'll need a little more info to get anything like the correct dash , Model , engine spec, VIN number.

Thanks Martin
I’ll add the vin number to this thread tomorrow I’ve got it written down elsewhere.

I asked in a dismantles this morning who said, it'll be hard to find, but recommend if you go to
https://www.findapart.ie/ and I put Ducato and the years of your model, it will show you whose currently breaking Ducato's around the County.

I have located one in new ross, from an 08, the lad would need to see a photo of the old one, so if you can post one, and PM me when you have so I can show him, I'm here until Sunday.

I had the problem of the temperature gauge not working a number of years ago on my X244, pre 2007 Ducato.
The fix was to disconnect the loom connections behind the cluster and reconnect after a couple of minutes.
It worked, I don't know why.
It would be worth a try in your situation before spending your hard earned
