Panic

Parked up at an Aire in Bourg en Bresse last night. We went for a walk and tried to switch on the Alarm with one of the fobs, it wouldn't work so got the other one out and switched it on. When we got back neither of the fobs, were working. I had visions of having to let the alarm go off and try and find wires under the bonnet that goes to the alarm. I took both apart and fiddled with them and eventually got one to work. I was thinking I don't ever remember changing the batteries in either of them and if I have it would only have been once, both over 20 years old. Got the batteries this morning thank goodness

The skiing was brilliant. Apparently there was no snow

The diesel heater stopped working last night and a certain Motorhome Guru had suggested I carry a spare temperature sensor. It was an easy fix except that the clip holding the sensor came off. It took me ages to get back on as I couldn't easily see the holes that it fitted into. I had to use a mirror to look up the exhaust side. I've ordered another on Ebay hopefully waiting for me when I get home
