Which countries are you thinking of that require a vignette? I used the Via App for Switzerland. Very easy to use.

Hope it helps.
Be wary of unofficial sites, as clearly specified on the official website of the French Crit'Air.
I don't know all the countries but this is how I behave in those I have frequented.
Note: e-vignette = vehicle registration.

Switzerland: Sticker or e-vignette. See https://www.ch.ch/en/travel-an…y-vignette

Slovenia: e-vignette. Typically in one of the filling stations near the borders.
The official site ( https://evinjeta.dars.si/en/about-e-vignette ) has a subpage with sales points ( https://evinjeta.dars.si/en/how-buy#Tabela )

Austria: adhesice sticker or e-vignette. See https://www.asfinag.at/en/toll/vignette/ ).
Always bought the sticker at one of filling points before the borders.

Hungary: e-vignette ( https://www.vintrica.com/en/e-vignette/hungary/ ).
Bought at a filling point before the border.
Please note, the date, hour and minute of activation apply, the first cameras are located a few kilometers after the borders.

Romania : e-vignette. See https://www.roviniete.ro/ro/ ).
Bought at the border.

Bulgaria: e-vignette. See https://vinetki.bg/en/ and https://vinetki.bg/en/buy-vignette

Turkey : HGS, kind of toll tag to be put on the windscreen. See https://www.kgm.gov.tr/Sayfalar/KGM/SiteEng/Root/HGSeng.aspx . Sales points should be PTT head Office or branches. Will check how to get it.

Germany: sticker (unwelt plakette). Supplied at DEKRA or TUV service point.
See https://www.berlin.de/en/touri…ne.en.html . Buy at https://www.berlin.de/labo/mob…595.en.php

France: sticker (Crit'Air): See https://www.certificat-air.gouv.fr/ subpage vehicle registered abroad.

Czech Republic: I have no recent information. Last time I bought the sticker at the border. Now it could have become an e-vignette.

- Sweden, Norway and/or Denmark: Congestion taxes, toll bridges and tunnels. Register on epass-24 ( https://www.epass24.com/ )

Then there are the British LEZs but there you are more knowledgeable than me.

For Switzerland if you're under 3.5 t it's 40 CHF ( 1year) for the sticker or E version for 1year, buy from the gov site, OR others will charge you 48chf and you have to opte out of auto renewal.
If your over 3.5 t it's 25 CHF charged per 7days.

Austria with the go box because leaving germany over 3.5 tonnes an ordinary vignette won’t do and look’s the strictest for penalties and fines I’ve no problem paying toll’s and the go box can be bought leaving previous country according to YouTube, at a minimum of 75euro, probably won’t know date’s to nearer the time,

Ok fair enough, it’s been said the Austrian motorway police regularly take Motorhomers to weigh bridges not believe ing the weight when the people buy the cheaper under 3.5 ton bracket

Sorry but I have no experience with GoBox.
I think that it will apply to under 3.5tons vehicle only.
I'm not sure but I think that after renting it within two months you need to send a copy of the registration document (I don't know what it's called in the UK and ROI, maybe V5) to I don't know which email address.
For more info see https://www.go-maut.at/en/

For sure Austria will soon require GoBox for vehicles registered under 3.5 tonnes but potentially registerable above.
E.G. A Ducato Maxi can be registered 3.5 but also 4.25.
Starting from I don't know when, perhaps there will be an exemption until 2029, a Ducato Maxi-based PVC will need a GoBox even if it is registered at 3,499 kilos.
.

It should be remembered that in Austria there are some toll roads, where the vignette alone is not enough. These are:
- Europabrucke in Innsbruck, i.e. the viaduct that is found immediately after the Brenner border.
- Bosrucktunnel, along the A9 motorway between Graz and Linz Gleinalm Tunnel, also along the A9 motorway
- The road that reaches St.Anton am Arlberg from Innsbruck to the Swiss border
- Tauerntunnel, along the A10 motorway
- Karawankentunnel, between Austria and Slovenia

Maybe these tolls are included in the GoBox toll system but I'm not sure.

I think if you have enough credit in euros on the go box it will deduct it from it
