Got this email earlier from Irish Ferries. Seems like early seasons bookings might be a bit slow.

We have booked Irish Ferries in September for May/June. No difference on price from when we booked and this 10% offer. Really looking forward to it already

Could anyone please explain how the flexi on irish ferries works,is it so if you want to stay on a few days can you amend the booking to back a few days or even go beforehand than the original booking? It’s only about 50 euros more I think

There are no amendment fees. You can move the travel date but will pay any difference in the sailing price. You can also cancel with full refund in credit up to eight days before travel.

Used it once a couple of years ago. Had to come early. Just a phone call and all was It's handy if you are booking early to avail of a discount and not sure of you're exact dates. Irish ferries have a 20% discount for 2025 bookings until the end of September '24

Last year I found out that they had reduced the ferry price for my sailing. With flexi, I cancelled the sailing and immediately rebooked paying another €200 deposit. The original deposit was credited to my account within days and used to pay the final bill. Saved about £100.
