Any suggestions of safe spots to overnight in Manchester? Small camper - VW T6.

Likely to be at the Trafford Centre earlier, but somewhere closer to the city center to overnight would be better.
Maybe a known popular spot for campers, or a pub stopover.

Many thanks in advance.

I looked at park 4night a while ago and there are many listed that I would go nowhere near, there is a pub near me but it's a 15 min bus ride to the centre, so if it's a whistle stop tour not ideal. The pub is the Hinds Head.
https://hindshead.co.uk/. Sorry can't recommend any other and I'm away at the minute so not able to have another look at park4night but you will find reviews of the pub on search4sites

Thanks rebbyvid!
And it's ok and safe to overnight in the car park of the Hinds Head pub? Do you just let them know and pay at the bar?

A 15 min bus ride to the centre would be fine. Does a bus go from near the Hinds Head pub?

Yes it's very safe and a very large car park where you will find a quiet spot at the back, not stayed as its only 5 mins from me but used the pub now and again as the food is good. Think it's free to park but worth giving them a ring. If you come out of the pub and turn left down Denby lane it's 5 mins to the main A6 into Manchester. 192 bus every 10 mins to Piccadilly in the centre of Manchester.
