Arachas rang me to say they have overcharged some of their customers, I paid 349e in January, got a refund of 49e this week.

anyone else get the same call?

I just came back from a week away to a letter from them saying that they would no longer insure motorhomes in NI...
I've been with Stewarts for over 10 years, and it's quite disappointing, but then, I didn't find Arachas as friendly when I renewed last year after they took over.
They did give me a little info on an alternative that they recommend, I'll give them a call, but I fear it only means one thing....
A big price increase !
