Some of the objections, are priceless,
"Noise pollution, particularly loud music after a reasonable hour, ( OK could be a problem, but with a note from the local Superintendent, they he will shut it down if the operator doesn't police it, would sort that)
and the loss of privacy, as we already experience a high volume of foot traffic into our lane by tourists during the summer en route to the beach,
( "Seriously" they don't like people walking pass their property the 2k to the beach) illegally parking their cars at our premises.” ( who in their right mind is going to leave a safe parking, to drive 2k to a beach where at best, you could queue for 2hours to get into and sometimes more to get out of a car park,fitted with barriers, or leave a M/H on the side of the same narrow road and walk the rest of the way.?)
It would have been better if the locals had pushed for the council and the developers to put in a footpath to the beach.
And for the council too allow for the provision of more car parking, which per acre makes more money than sheep or cattle.
I saw the heavy machinery moving around the back field at Jack Whites, on my way to the SSE. earlier today, so it looks like another Aire is on the way.
