Folks it is great to see the amount of people that look in on this forum , but unless it starts to be used more frequently the likely hood is that it will be lost.
Why can people talk all the crap of the day on Facebook but on a sensible forum nobody can communicate ?

Simple for me to answer....

Millions on bakebook.

Motorhome groups don't have members specific to their group, they just have fakebook members that have joined and are in every other group. They are NOT the groups members (even tho a certain individual thinks he owns them) 😂 they are Facebook's members.

No searching is done so repeated questions over and over.

The newsfeed and how fakebook is designed is to constantly grab the user's attention, so they are never off the platform (see many many reviews about this online, also TV shows).

However..... that's where most people are as they are indoctrinated into the platform, not their fault it's how they've been manipulated and it's a very easy thing to be manipulated by.

So forums have suffered all over the world. You never know they may make a comeback, but I reckon how the internet is going and with the changes coming with web3, forums nor Facebook will exist soon.

Yes, interesting watching how web3 may destroy the crap interfaces like facepuke etc, lets hope so.
Having been online since internet inception and see the way it has been manipulated leaves a lot to be desired.
A lot of smart tech guys just may be able to tip it back in favour of what it was meant to be....... it'll take a while but it will happen.

Sir Tim Berners-Lee says it's so, so it must be so.

Blockchain is the way forward, one identity for all of the internet.

Why people use Facebook and not MeWe is absolutely beyond me, if you want a safe social media then it's there in MeWe, they don't understand so they stay ignorant.
