Hi all I am looking at a 2008 Renault Challenger Eden 312 tomorrow.
I would appreciate any advice that any one might have about them.
As far as I know they are a rear wheel drive.
On this model the rear wheels are sitting inside the body. It looks like a twin wheel rear with only one wheel on.
Very little information on the net about them. Thanks.
Seamus.

If you were buying a 15 year old car, a lot of your concerns would be on the mileage v’s service history. Main concern regarding the Motorhome is damp. Check every nook and cranny, if you have a damp meter, even better. Also check underneath, especially behind the wheels. Then it is down to personal taste and does the set up work for you. Good luck and I hope it works out.

I don't think any Renault masters are rear wheel drive,
The rear wheels are set in because the body is full width could be up to 2.28mtr wide, probably 300/400 mm wider then the master chassis.
A lot of profiles and A class motorhomes are the same. Typical irish, don't consider giving the dementions in an Add.

I had an 08 Knaus on a Renault Master chassis and it was def front wheel drive. I also found it to be a very comfortable drive and better than the 14yr Boxer I had after it

There are heavier versions of the Master which are rear wheel drive (double wheels) and range up to 4.5t. GVW.
