Anyone know if Cara Motorhomes Ireland has a problem with their phones?
I've been trying to get through all day. I just get a 2 tone sound & it cuts off.
I have tried from 2 different phones & from different locations. Same thing.
I'm looking an update on delivery of a towbar I ordered 7 weeks ago.
If anyone has any information on them, it would be much appreciated. TIA.

Thank you Ally.
I searched on their bake puke page, but there was nothing on it when I checked.
I have emailed them too, but no response yet
Having said that, I was expecting a return call yesterday & still waiting 😕

It seems to be impossible to get them to return calls in the last few months especially on the service and parts side of things. I was trying to get an edge panel for my van that had cracked and rang them a load of times, each time they said they'd ring back with an update but they never did, I just gave up eventually. They kept saying they were snowed under

I had to do all the chasing to get the towbar ordered.
I just hope they get it in soon

I have just got through on the phone.
My contact is in a meeting & is to phone me back in half an hour.
Let's see if he does.
