Ulez outside Central London is a moneymaker, pure and simple. With winds from the Atlantic, that Ireland is exposed to, the air is never going to a problem....

What about HVO if running on that fuel LEZ and ULEZ restrictions shouldn't apply.

BTW, HVO is commonly referred to as Green (as in good for the planet) Diesel, not to be confused with the other Green (as in colour) Diesel
