Great location. Quiet car park area but access not easy either via busy main street or via Old Bridge (which has a rather high hump on the road, installed as part of the flood defence system 10 years ago - I would think motorhomes might bottom out using this access route).
2 mins walk to O'Connell St with shops, restaurants and pubs. 15 mins walk to Aldi and Lidl. 10 mins walk to start of Blueway to Carrick on Suir (23kms) with its tarmac path along the river bank for cycling or walking. At the foot of the Comeraghs for those who like hill walking. Slipway within 500m for canoes onto the river.

Be aware, you can't pay for one night stay here using their parking app, a €10 top up incures a 50c charge which only leaves €9.50 on the app to pay the €10 charge to park , one night stay requires 5 x €2 coins in the machine
