Anyone coming into Cherbourg don't go into the city, there is utility work going on all over the place and alot of streets are dug up, work is expected to go on for about a year, so use the ring road,if you're going to get wine in WBS you have to turn right to get out, take the next left at the traffic lights and do a U turn in there, come back and head for the ring road
