I think most will “like” the provision of any new facilities that provides safe overnight parking for motorhomes.
Subject to price and location.

Bard says.....

That's great news! I'm sure it will be a popular spot for motorhomers. For £20 per night, it's a great value for money. The location is also ideal, close to Kesh and Pettigo, with plenty of things to see and do in the area.

Here are some of the things you can do in Kesh and Pettigo:

Visit the Kesh Castle, a 16th-century castle with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Take a walk along the Pettigo River, a popular spot for fishing and kayaking.
Visit the Pettigo Heritage Centre, which tells the story of the area's history and culture.
Go shopping in the Pettigo Market, a traditional market that takes place every Saturday.
Visit the Marble Arch Caves, a series of limestone caves with stunning stalagmites and stalactites.
I hope you enjoy your stay at the new Motorhome Aire near Kesh on the Pettigo Road!

Why is it not an Aire?

Had that discussion with the owner Colin.
He’s making it motorhomes only and there is no tent facilities.
It is really more an ‘aire’ than a campsite or a camping ground and he is also going to allow motorhomes to service without overnighting for a fee.
He’s made a considerable investment in the place and it’ll never have statics nor the like as his home overlooks the place and the far reaching views over the lake.
The man is a motorhome owner himself and is switched on to what is required in the area where lack of provision for motorhome tourism is apparent.

You could also get the 3 minute free ferry across to Lusty Beg island and lose a day or possibly 2. Don’t ask how I know😳

I suppose the distinction between Aire and motorhome park will be in part determined by the room that people can use and whether “camping behaviour” is permitted. If camping behaviour is permitted then it’s more a motorhome park than an Aire.
Not that either term matters in the grand scheme of things.
