I read an interesting thread on another forum (sorry) but it was in relation to a Morelo MH 2018 plate with 8000 miles on the clock for sale at €125000.
Any way lots of conjecture, was it stolen? Then a person claimed it was an insurance write off after flood damage, then someone claiming to be in the know said it was a write off but then had the morelo body put on a new chassis, re registered as the original one could only be scrapped for parts.
More comments about how impossible it would be to simply swap the chassis.
Story cut short it maybe that it was written off, it was exported, then imported back to the uk. But the upshot is that this MH May never ever get insurance to be used on the road.
There’s a bit more to the above story but the lessons are if it looks too good to be true then there’s a reason for it.
Always throughly check the provenance of a second hand MH.
And as my uncle always said, a fool and his cash are easily parted.
