An email to Official tourism website for Fermanagh Lakeland Tourism.

I had a plan to visit Fermanagh this summer on my travels, but since it would appear that you people, do not want the likes of me visiting your county, I will move my Motorhome to where people appreciate the value of my Euro's and do not object to me parking , but encourage me to so ,in order for to use the Restaurants , Pubs , and shop's and visitor attractions, which to the best of my knowledge, caravan parks do not provide.

Good luck with encouraging tourism, even if it's a strange way you have of going about it.
But be happy in your decision ,word will get around fairly quickly to the 1.6Million or more, Motorhome users throughout the UK and the EU. that Fermanagh is a place to bypass or at least pass trough without stopping.
Regards
Motorhome Owner.

Will it make a difference to people, with their hands out and their heads firmly stuck up their own rear end's?
"NO" I DON'T THINK SO

Does anybody know of anyone who has been prosecuted under these new laws?
If I decided to park up for the night and believed that I was not going to be a hinderance to locals then that is what I would and have done.
If these signs do not have the law behind them then they are worthless and should be treated as such.

No. When we get back in the road shortly we'll be testing a few of these supposed threats.

It would be more interesting, if a Tourist did it, be a great advertisement for the county, prosecuting a visitor. 😄
Or even better parked beside a local, see who gets the ticket. 🤔

Well I tested their list and over Easter there is either no availability or a requirement for a 4 night minimum and some are in Omagh, not great if you want to visit the lakes
