International Bread Festival 2013

Castle Ward (Strangford Destination)
25 May 2013 - 26 May 2013

This fabulous event set in the magnificient grounds of Castle Ward provide a wonderful opportunity to explore the world of breads in one day! Celebrity bakers, artisan bakers, demonstrations, food producers and this year there will be a second day which will be an open air concert with Van Morrison. Check ticketmaster for online tickets.

Sounds like a good event, i havent stayed in Castleward but i think this is a favourite site of Stuarty and Linda.

Yes Castleward is a great little campsite and cheap if your a National trust member expensive if your not. 15min walk to get up to the house garden and cafe area and a 10min walk into the cuan bar in the town but it seems longer walking back home again
